It is a continuous learning process at Nixinn. Since we work on bleeding edge technologies, it is challenging to hire experts from the market. We have to train and grow our people. This is good for us, as it gives us an opportunity to truly invest in our people. Knowledge is something that can be given but can never be taken away!.
The bar for admitting candidates into the boot camp is high. Employees should have good expertise in related technologies and a significant work experience in the industry.Very important to Nixinn’s success is building trusted relationships with all our stakeholders. Therefore, we train our employees on how they can build trusted relationships with each other, with the organization, with our vendors, with our partners and with our customers.
A lot of our employees that work on the latest technologies go through a training boot camp, which sometimes lasts for about 9 months. During the first phase, which is approximately 3 months, they cross-train on several related technologies and work on classroom projects. After this, they go through a second phase of the boot camp for about 6 months, where they are working under our guidance on actual internal projects. During the boot camp, employees are evaluated monthly on their performance. At the end of this, if they have done well in the boot camp, we consider them to be ready to work as consultants with our customers.
